  Received wrong colour, but item was good. I was offered discount to keep it but eventually offered a full refund if I left positive feedback. I have had prompt replies so actually had no issues. (Told them I’d retract my positive review if I don’t receive my refund)

  The bag I received is a bad version (see black bag in image) of the COS mini quilted bag. I’ve contacted the seller many times about a refund & they keep saying if I leave a good review they will refund me! How manipulative! Absolutely not. Refund me now!! Avoid this seller at all costs. I’m sure all the good reviews from buyers are only because the seller is promising refunds. It’s a scam & shouldn’t be allowed. I will be complaining further to eBay & sharing the manipulative messages.

  I have ordered a specific item from the seller but received a random key ring. Upon contacting the seller I was offered 30% then 50% refund but never the replacement with the original key ring I expected in the first place. It's not about the money, it's the principle. If one advertises using an image to attract a buyer, please have the decency to send what you advertised.
