I sent a message asking what batteries were needed and was told the wrong ones. The battery holder then snapped off while fitting them. I asked for a refund and was asked to leave 5 star feedback for customer service after which they would refund me - I refused. I have now been refunded after returning the broken item but wouldn't buy a replacement from them.
