    Digital Meat thermometer works good when I cooked Prime Rib. A+ seller, item was both properly and safely packaged. Packaging was "bullet-proof" no joke! I want to add, thermometer was delivered very quickly too. After inspection of the thermometer, I’d like to mention everything matched description on listing.     Ordered on 12/6, but took 3 weeks to arrive so came too late for Christmas. Box and product was damaged due only being placed on a thin shipping bag. Seller wasn't helpful with only responding for me to be patient after I contacted them after 2 weeks of waiting. I couldn't be more disappointed with the seller, everything about the shipping and the quality of the product for the price. Too many better sellers and products available to ever use again.

    Seller sent a different model than listed (UV-5RIII) Not the UV-5R original model. I asked for correct ones to be sent and I would send the wrong ones back, I ordered another 4 and seller canceled the order and refunded my money. Bad experience Cannot recommend. Shipping took over Ten days which i understand is not the seller’s fault entirely.

    Little disappointed in the packaging. Ordered 2 spider boxes and the corner on one was damaged They don't jump out like the picture shows... Did not expect much for the price.
