  Item well packed and exactly as described. Great quality, authentic POP MART as per code and arrived in perfect condition. Shipping seemed to take forever as it didn't ship out for 2 weeks and took another 2 to arrive, just making it within the shipping window deadline. Was well worth the wait, though, because it's SO adorable!!! Would definitely buy from this seller again as their prices are competitive.

  Seller bubbled wrapped item to make sure it doesnt get damaged, nicely packaged. Decent shipping time, around a month but normal since it came from overseas. However when i recieved item, figure came with a broken head so of course I was upset since It was really expensive. Im sure it wasnt sellers fault and maybe damaged from shipping. I ended up talking to the seller and we managed to figure something out. They were kind and gave me a partial refund. Quality is good if you disregard brokenhead

  the specific figure i ordered is famous for having fragile wings so i’m really happy to say the box was packaged really well and securely. the box was unopened as advertised and the card was obviously included. came in about two weeks which is very reasonable for the distance imo. overall very satisfied with the buying experience! :)
