  *****A ebay seller,I received my beautiful Charlie Bear' Connie' yesterday,arriving on the predicted date given.Packaging was well wrapped & bear extra wrapped in multy layers of bubble wrap, saving the day because the box had been crushed in the post.Connie is exactly as described & was crafted by Isabelle Lee,a renowned artist & designer,all the tags were in tact & she is in prestine condition as new.Very good value & the seller gave me a very jenerous discount.Thank you ,will visit again soon

  Coat arrived safely. Delivery took 8 days despite tracking information being provided day after purchase. When chased with seller they stated Royal Mail hadn't collected one of their mail bags on the Friday. Royal mail confirmed receipt of the item after I chased the seller, then it arrived within the expected 48 hrs. Item as described, in great condition for age. Well packaged. Reasonably priced. Thank you.

  I have just received this beautiful little figurine just a few days after ordering. The item was very well packaged and as described by the seller . It was very good value and will be saving this seller for future buys. I have hunted high and low for this figurine as my previous one sadly got damaged so am so pleased to have another .   The figurine is as described in a good condition. Packaging was very good, she was wrapped in plenty of plastic and foam in the box så no damages. Postage seems fair considering she was shipped to Denmark. Good value for money I’ll be a customer here again.

  Unfortunately the bear never arrived. However i have given positive feedback because it was not the sellers fault. Royal Mail had lost the bear . The seller has been very supportive throughout. She has tried her best to resolve the situation and track down the bear, but to no avail. Therefore she did not hesitate to send me a full refund. This is an A+++ rated seller and i would highly recommend her to anyone. I will definitely use this seller for further purchases in the near future.
