  *****A ebay seller,I received my beautiful Charlie Bear' Connie' yesterday,arriving on the predicted date given.Packaging was well wrapped & bear extra wrapped in multy layers of bubble wrap, saving the day because the box had been crushed in the post.Connie is exactly as described & was crafted by Isabelle Lee,a renowned artist & designer,all the tags were in tact & she is in prestine condition as new.Very good value & the seller gave me a very jenerous discount.Thank you ,will visit again soon

  Very happy with my purchase of the Limited Edition Black Steiff Bear. He is now a treasured part of my collection. He is more beautiful than I expected and is as described.   Hello Charlotte...just to let you know I received Gabriel Oak teddy bear yesterday and he absolutely adorable!...He is as described and is good value for money. He was well packaged and good postage costs. My husband remarked about the similarity to one of my own bears which I designed and made in the late 1990's and I was thrilled when he said it!...So I have put them together to say thank you for sending Gabriel and hope you like the attached photo with my Klaus....Seller recommended.

  Original order: quick delivery, well packaged, and great price. Unfortunately one of the pair was the wrong size. I sent photos, the buyer refunded straight away and did not require item to be returned.

  Coat arrived safely. Delivery took 8 days despite tracking information being provided day after purchase. When chased with seller they stated Royal Mail hadn't collected one of their mail bags on the Friday. Royal mail confirmed receipt of the item after I chased the seller, then it arrived within the expected 48 hrs. Item as described, in great condition for age. Well packaged. Reasonably priced. Thank you.
