    Exceeded Expectations – Arrived Like New! Although the sewing machine was listed as pre-owned, it arrived in like-new condition — perfectly clean, with all accessories included and very carefully packaged. Delivery was fast and communication was smooth throughout the process. I was so impressed with the quality and overall experience that I’ve already purchased three more machines from this same seller. Highly recommend!

    The box was a little damaged when delivered but the styrofoam inside helped keep the machine from being damaged. It came as described, and communication from the seller was great throughout the process.

    Overall high-quality new product and it was very good price, it came a little later than expected, which is not the sellers fault, however, I did message the seller because I added the wrong address and I was hoping to change it and they never even responded to my message, it’s OK that they didn’t cause I still got it. It’s just not even responding?

    This is a great seller! The price was very fair. The item was received promptly in its original packaging. It looks new, in excellent condition. And, as promised, it has all the accessories that would have accompanied a brand new sewing machine.
