    I've purchased stamps and other philatelic items through since Ebay's inception. Over time I have prepared myself to be "underwhelmed" by my purchases. Sometimes it's a quality issue, at other times it's a delay in fulfillment time, often it's an issue of value versus price. Sondeli Stamps has outperformed on this order (my first with them)! Great packaging, quick shipping time, high quality items and excellent value (I paid 14.8% of catalog value)! I'll be back!
