I had to email the US CEO at UPS to get any action - they are useless. The pump came in good condition amazingly considering the way UPS handled it looks to be a genuine good pump. Still to be fitted and tested but quality good. Great Value and appearence Mercedes do not sell this part (was £1500!) I would recommend here before any of the Chinese suppliers you see.

They firstly check if part is suitable for your car, before they send it. Pump got to me in great condition, packed well. Quality of this part is unquestionable. It works great on my car. I apreciate the value of this part, and price was reasonable. I recomend this seller.

The seller has no control over this but very poor service from UPS UK. The item was well packed but did have a little travel damage also with warranty paperwork. car booked in for 11th for item to be fitted. Seller gives good email feedback as well. Car booked in for 11th to have it fitted by Mercedes specialist
