  The seller was promptly paid. Seller sent the wrong item. I notified the seller. I wanted 7 days and no response from the seller. I was forced to just escalate this to ebay as the sell is only worried about taking your money and not service. My advice would be to avoid this seller. All their red feedback got there for a reason!

They’ll promise reimbursement, then pressure you to find a cheaper option, making return impossible. eBay’s Money Back Guarantee sounds reassuring, but once the hold period ends, they may say it no longer applies. Misleading policies from both seller and platform—avoid if you’re in Canada.
