The weight of the clicker, when compared to my old one made the difference I believe condition is brand new. Good value considering the fact it’s made of premium quality. Appearance of item was exactly as described. Although, item was delayed during shipping which was frustrating the seller offered a generous partial refund even though shipping is out of their control.
