  Arrived as described (in unopened box - even though it's an old item since it has been long discontinued by MIcrosoft and some of the coating and included batteries had deteriorated already, but nothing that couldn't be fixed). Seller was very flexible and forthcoming with handling shipping arrangements. Sorry for the extra trouble, and thanks again for the help and being so accommodating!

  I ordered this because I ruined the exact same sweatshirt that my husband had. Apparently he had it for several years, if not decades. Luckily I found this online and had to get it. Ordering was easy, it was exactly as pictured snd described on the website, it was packaged efficiently and the price was on target. It arrived as indicated and my husband was extremely surprised and happy, so this was a WIN-WIN!!!
