  I am rating this with 5 stars because of how the seller handkes the situation. When my package was delivered it had a label saying it was in damaged condition when received by the mail carrier. Somewhere in route it must have gotten ripped. When I opened it - there was bubble wrap but no handle. I reached out to the owner and they refunded the order immediately.
