    Failed to arrive on time even after expressing how imperative delivery of items were. Although I'd communicated with Seller on how urgent the purchase was, they posted items as 2nd class, which still arrived later than they stated, I requested 1st class. Seller taking no responsibility and suggests it's my fault!
