  When the item arrived I was so happy because it's a present for my grandma, the quality of the box is durable brand new and looks cute too and for the price it's amazing.   I am leaving a positive review based not on the product, but the sellers communication! The item ordered was well described, processed & shipped in a timely manner. USPS destroyed the shipping package, but was kind enough to include an apology letter. I communicated with the seller the issue & opted to fully refund the purchase. That I am very pleased with!
