Unfortunately the item was not an iced tea spoons, but a soup spoon...hard to tell difference as lengths are the same. Owner promptly issued refund via eBay process ( a replacement was not available) I would not hesitate to buy from this shop in the future! Thank you for your prompt service! PS..I am giving 5 stars on description as when items were returned.. owner corrected description!

Each plate was not only individually bubble wrapped but double wrapped with additional foam wrapping. As an extra bonus also included was the foam separations to prevent the plates from chipping and scratches when stacked away. It was wonderful to receive items that were well taken care of and shipped in the same way I would do if I was the sender. Thank you for taking the time to care so deeply.
