  Beautiful broach as described at a great value. Packaged correctly and shipped in time. It took USPS about a month or so to deliver it. When I contacted the seller he immediately refunded. Now I am trying to reach the seller and pay him/her for item.

  When the item arrived, it turned out to be missing several important parts. I notified the seller, who immediately agreed to make a full refund, sent return postage, and processed the refund as soon as the package arrived. Very honest and ethical dealer. Highly recommended.

  Shipping was free and packaged well. Extremely good value. The railroad tank car was as described visually, except the scale was wrong. Indicated/described as “N” scale but was actually “O” scale.
