After I purchased, I was sent a message in the morning from the seller saying that the 7 1/8 size was no longer available and on back order, but they would refund me and give me a discount on another hat from their store or if I would be interested in the same hat but size 7 3/8. I chose to go with the 7 3/8. They gave me an additional refund and sent the hat out. Hat arrived with fitting tape and in great condition! Packaging was excellent! Thank you!

Packaged in clear self-sealing sleeve & placed in Oblong Cardboard Box with Air-Filled Packing bags. My personal opinion, the use of a Flat Shipping Envelope would have been a better choice than the cardboard box. The box was smashed on one end, & the packing tape was pulled loose. The Clear Sleeve could have slipped out of the box where smashed & the tape had pulled loose. The box wasn't strong enough to stand up to handling.
