  I ordered a drip catcher for my Keurig but it wasn't compatible as the listing stated so the seller issued me a refund and told me not to worry about returning it. It was shipped quickly and packed well. I would definitely deal with this seller again despite the issue.

  The product was extremely well packed, in a plastic bag, in bubble wrap, in shipping paper. The product was sold AS IS, and sort of works, I took a gamble and it didn't quite work out. The seller did say it was untested, so I can't fault the seller, and it is an almost 30 year old camcorder. It showed obvious wear and tear. The seller shipped quickly, taking about a day to deliver to UPS.

  The seller made sure to make my situation right. My item did not arrive as described, and my failure to check photos led to me receiving a non-functional item, however within 5 minutes of requesting a refund the seller gave me a refund, and did not require I ship back the item. Saved a huge hassle of returning and I’m now attempting to fix the product. I would buy from this seller again, regardless of the fact that the item was not exactly as described. Pricing and shipping was reasonable
