My sister store is MagicalMansion, with more marvelous miniatures! I have been working hard to recover a home and business after a wildfire burned down my house a few years ago. I didn't have insurance, so I'm rebuilding my life from scratch! I always loved miniatures and dreamed of having a house. After I saved every penny through college, I bought a fixer-upper Victorian farmhouse in the country, and spent 4 1/2 years working on it, by myself, after a wrist surgery. After I replaced the roof, painted and touched every inch, put a room in the attic and basement, and finally sanded the floors - my dream burned down in 20 minutes. I had unfortunately lost my insurance when I tried to switch companies, and was denied. I lost almost everything that day, even photos. A charity helped me put in a small, budget manufactured home with a loan. I now hope to plant trees, get a carport, and help my 80 year old stepdad, who lost his house in the Paradise wildfire. This is why I sell miniatures!
