After about a week of radio silence I reached out and got in contact with Caleb, who completely took responsibility for the situation and apologized and even offered me the newer model of the club for no extra charge which was awesome. Finally got the club today, came in perfect condition, and wanted to say thanks again to Caleb for making the best out of the situation.
