  Received my faucet today, exactly what I ordered. High quality reasonable price. Seller did everything right. I contacted him before ordering and he responded quickly. I ordered it and he shipped it quickly. It was like dealing with sellers back in the 60s and 70s in as much as he cared and did exactly what he said he would.   Shipped right away and it came in only a few days. It was packed well with everything included, but FedEx still managed to bang it around and break one of the wheels. Thankfully once I told the seller they gave me a refund for the part and I was able to repair it myself which I think is an excellent way to handle something that really wasn't their fault. I'm glad to have a working Roborock and I got it for about $200 less than getting a refurb off Amazon.
