  Shipping was prompt and well packaged. Unfortunately the speaker terminals were damaged. I contacted seller and explained the situation and asked how we can resolve this. I told him I still would like to keep it. He quickly gave me a very fair refund. I have had a very positive experience. Two thumbs up!

  While the item broke during shipping, The seller was quick to respond and accept a full refund. I cannot fully blame the seller on the item getting damaged during shipping. It wasn't the shippers fault. After talking around, I learned theres a LOT of special steps you need to do to ship these things. Wood bracing the contacts, double boxing at minimum, triple boxing ideally. Neither of us were experienced with this. Is what it is.

  The seller was very helpful. Fedx lost the package and it arrived 10 days later than their delivery date. I will not order anything going through them again. UPS actually is the only reliable shipper. The product works well! Love it.
