There is no scratch showing on the site photos, so I assume the scratch happened during packing. I messaged the seller right away, with photos of the scratch. Three hours later I received an apology, a full refund, and told "you will not be asked to return it". So I will keep it as a spare. That is what I would call "Exceptional Professionalism". Very much appreciated.

The issue, I suspect, was something that could not have been detected easily by the seller, however, had it worked, it was a good price and delivery was lightning fast and well packed. I needed to return it because of a problem with it and this was done very quickly with the refund coming through within a few days. Would use this seller again.

Incredibly well packaged. Would defo use this seller again in future.
