  Seller shipped item different from what was promised. Different from what was posted and described on the eBay listing. I contacted him 3 times to address the problem. And I asked for the address where to return it. I never heard a word back. I am now stuck with the wrong part and out over $100.

  This is a complete piece of work company, i would never recommend anyone to ever order from this company. I ordered an item that i got was damaged and they never got back to me and tried to resolve the problem at all. i tried to contact them several times with no reply. You pay through the nose for the item and heavy shipping. and then surprise charges of duties, taxes and custom charges. They wouldnt give me a refund and no chance of a return or replace the item.   Packaging too weak, came ripped open, gaping holes on both ends but all 10 pieces were still in box, thank goodness. Looks like decent quality product, not installed yet. Fast shipping.
