  Torn between Positive and Neutral but as the transaction went well decided on Positive. On receipt of the holder I could not work out how the quick release would work so sent a message to the seller for feedback on how it worked, to receive a message stating please be patient the item is on its way ????? This after I had received it. Have waited a couple of days and no further communication from them. If you wish to purchase one of these other suppliers sell them without a quick release.

  This item arrived and unfortunately was not as described and unsuitable for my dog. After messaging the seller suggesting he amend the description a full refund was given. I would not recommend the dog toy but I would definitely recommend the seller who was very helpful.

  I have had many positive experiences with traders on this platform, but Wholefier stands out above the rest.
