WHITE BUFFALO SIGN COMPANY creates signs and posters that are replicas of found originals. We call them replicas because the rare original sign or poster image is digitally captured with HIGH RESOLUTION SCANNING EQUIPMENT. The image is captured with care given to keep all the detail of the aged original. In the case of signs, we then print the image and apply it to 1/8th inch thick Max Metal material which is the sign industries leading aluminum composite product. It is lightweight, extremely rigid and strong which makes the sign ideal for both indoor and outdoor display. In the case of posters and photos we print the image on heavyweight archival poster and photo paper.
Our reproductions are not a version of someone's idea of a vintage sign or poster, they are replicas of found originals; Rust, Stains, Creases, Scratches, Fading and all.
