  This custom red Chinchilla wrap is AMAZING. The colors are so vibrant and the fur is the softest I have ever owned. Daniel was over the top with customer service, prompt communication (within 4-8hrs), helped with the customization and was very professional. I requested one day shipping and he made sure I got the tracking and even checked to make sure I received the item.   The seller never updated the delivery information. I ordered the wrap on 12/13 with an estimated delivery of 12/21. According to EBay, it has not shipped and the seller did not respond to my message asking for an update.

  I didn't see the notification from Ebay that the item had sold. Seems some Ebay messages go to Spam. I shipped it out immediately once I received your message. The tracking number with UPS is 1Z563FR1A899026457 and I loaded that onto the sold item. So sorry for not realizing that you had purchased this item. There are also weather delays, which unfortunately are now delaying holiday purchases. I do hope you enjoy the cape, it's Beautiful, warm and lovely. Thank you for watching my listing
