    Unfortunately the case didn't arrive, not the sellers fault. Was dispatched quickly. Luckily, I was local and a replacement was delivered to my house by the seller.     The item arrived in good packaging, was as described, in good condition and is working well. In addition to the email from Ebay, the seller messaged me to inform me that the item had been posted. It was posted in China, but was delivered (UK) one week later.

    Product is as described and on the photos, top quality, original LG remote controller. After placing the batteries it was working immediately without any issues. Seller is very supportive, kind and rapid, answered all my questions immediately. Shipping was unbelievable fast, item has arrived in approx one week from Asia to my flat in Europe. What else?
