  I was happy to get this ornament. It came as expected and was well packaged. Of course Jim Shore ornaments always have great value. I have a collection of these song ornaments. Shipping was reasonable. Thank you for having the box!

  Hello. I received the set but was very disappointed in the shipping as one of the boxes was damaged. As a collector, having a box that is in good condition adds to the value of an item such as these. When the box is damaged as this one was, it greatly devalues the item. In the future, it would be greatly appreciated if additional packaging was used to protect the original boxes and prevent damage to the contents. I am attaching pictures of the damaged item for your reference.

  The box shows that it was clearly damaged during shipping. Unfortunately that is out of my control and is the reason why I fully insured the item through the shipper. I am not sure why you did not contact me about this problem and send the pictures to file a claim. Please in the future reach out directly to a seller for they can file a claim to remedy the problem.
