  The first one I received was just an open and empty box I made USP mark it damage and ask why they did not notice it open and empty. I contacted the west hardware co and they shipped another one hassle free. It has good quality, and its condition is why I always buy Worx products. the value is unmatched, and the appearance is still the same. I want to thank the West Hardware Co again.

  Arrived well packaged. Opened up and everything looked new and untouched. Al parts and manuals and such were there. Tested it and everything works. Always skeptical of "new" items on eBay or "open box but new" as I've been burned in the past. I would buy again from this seller.
