    The train bridge was as described new in box. Box was in very good condition as well. Package was packed very well and received in a decent time frame. Overall good quality and value for a new vintage item. I would shop with this vendor again!

    These ornaments are fantastic. My cousin is collecting vintage ornaments and she will love these. When they arrived, they were even better than the pictures. They are truly vintage, not made to look vintage. The shipping box was so well packed and no damage happened. The seller reached out soon after purchase and after arrival. Very good communication. Would definitely do business with this seller again. Top notch experience. Thank you.

    Item was newin box and arrived when the listing said it would. The seller did not respond to my message; I'm glad it wasn't anything important I messaged him about. Packaging was excellent.

    Just the absolute worst. Description was for 14 tyco track pieces, seven packs of two. I received 7 single track pieces. Seller ignored my request for a partial refund or return. There are lots of trustworthy sellers on ebay, but this isn't one of them. Honestly, avoid buying form them if you can find your item elsewhere. Even if you have to pay a bit more, at least you will avoid dealing with these unscrupulous people.

    Took a month to ship…had to file a claim. When I did receive the photo it was damaged because they didn’t put the photo in a top loader. They just stuck it in an envelope. Didn’t package well at all. Won’t buy from them again. No communication at all when asking about tracking or if they had even shipped. Horrible seller. As you can see in the photos they did a terrible job of packaging the photo. No effort in it at all. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SELLER!!!
