  This product was received in an extremely damaged package. The outer wrapping was almost destroyed. The product box itself was ripped and in sheds. My electrician installed the controller, and it seems to be working fine.

  I chose this item as I was away from home working and figured this would arrive the soonest being the closest to ND. I got home and on the 4th day I had my dryer apart and asked for the item to be shipped and he did just that…I twisted the broken element back together and used the dryer for the 3 days it only took to arrive. Installed and all good
