    Received a set of lights, unfortunately they were faulty. Excellent communication from the seller to resolve the problem. I ended up travelling up to the premises for the guys to look at the faulty lights. They were very helpful and resolved the issue in there workshop. Very pleased with the purchase, highly recommend this seller. Great team and very friendly. 100% genuine seller. A+++++

    Item was returned back to the seller for a refund however the seller asked me to return the item to his business by dropping it off myself using my vehicle rather than him giving me a return postage label so I asked eBay to step in. The seller then sent me an underweight return postage label so I wasted my time carrying a heavy item to the Post Office, only for it to not be accepted. 3rd attempt with another postage company resolved it. Seller communication was great.

    Parts arrived very promptly, well packaged and they are exactly as described, i.e. new condition with offset pins so they fit my 2004 Mondeo! They look of good quality although I cannot see an EU mark.. Excellent value and service. Thank you.

    Unfortunately I didn't receive them due to a delivery issue, but they instantly gave me a full refund and apologised for the problem caused, which wasn't their fault, good communication throughout purchase, would purchase from this seller again.
