  Ordered one colour and was sent another, contacted the seller and they offered me a 40% cash back and to keep the one I had. I refused as I wanted the one in the colour I ordered. After a few messages back and forth, the seller eventually sent me the item in the colour I had originally ordered. Lengthy process to actually get the product in the proper colour that I ordered.
