  Brand new, as described. Decent value. Shipping price was good. Packaging could have been better. Ornament box and ornament could have easily been crushed during shipping having been shipped in what is essentially a plastic bag (no bubble wrap). But overall, good transaction.

  This seller was amazing. Took the time to answer all my questions and when the ornament arrived broken, due to shipping, not because of packaging because it was packaged well, they gave me a full refund. Very kind. I would definitely buy from this shop again!
