  Very pleased with this purchase. The quality and appearance of the product appears to be as stated by the seller. Excellent packaging and really good value for money. If the product lasts for a reasonable length of time I will be buying again. I have bought from this seller before and there was a manufacturing issue with the item I had purchased . I contacted the seller to resolve the problem, which they did without hesitation and very quickly. That alone inspires confidence and trust.

  Hi goodday Unfortunately i received the parcel but the item is missing. But i already contacted the courier ( Evri ) and still waiting for their reply. As you can see in the photo that i uploaded the white parcel is below the box and its laying flat to the ground. When i collected it the parcel was already open.

  Brand new, packed well with a minimal environmental footprint, excellent price. The only downside was that they chose Evri as their courier - something I would never recommend - and as a consequence this item took over ten days to arrive one mile away, in a neighbour's postbox, and I was lied to, by Evri, at every stage of the way. I must stress that the seller behaved impeccably during this process, which must have been as annoying for them as it was for me.

  Good seller, fast posting of disk, great communication, well protected in padded envelope during postage, in new condition, good quality item, value for money, appearance was good!   Very fast delivery product as described. Only downfall not delivered in a plain box or in a plain plastic bag. When left out on doorstep the whole world knows what it is as it is standing there in it's own packaging and a pic of what's inside it. Just a thought!! Mrs A.

  Cannot fault the company, shame about the carrier. EVRY is the right name for them as EVRY time they deliver something goes wrong! This time 48 hour paid for delivery took 4 days and when the delivery arrived half of it was missing. Top marks to the supplier . The one fan that arrived was as described and worked great and Vicki swiftly sorted out a refund for the postage and the missing fan. Such a shame good companies like this are let down by their carriers.
