    The Alice pack frame shelf appears to be new, unissued and came packaged in plastic wrap with NSN: 8465-00-001-6476 on it. Its fit and finish is perfect. It was a good value at $9.99. It was shipped via USPS. USPS was horrible. I ordered/paid on 8-23-2025. It took five (5) days for the package to arrive at the Dallas center on 8-28-2025. From there it bounced back and forth between Dallas and Ft.Worth a total of 3 times and one stop in Arlington TX where it spent the 29th. Arrived finally 9-2-25
