It was brand new, with the box and all of the stickers were in place on the watch and the bracelet. The shipping was prompt, it arrived quickly and I am happy to say, the delivery required a signature so the porch pirates were not gifted an (for me) expensive watch. I was very happy with the transaction and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this seller or to buy from Watch Warehouse again.
