Best packing I have ever seen on eBay - antistatic bags, bubble wrap, -and- expanding foam in a carefully sealed box. Shipped quickly and arrived exactly on schedule. In terms of specifications, the laptop fully corresponds.The price matches the I would also suggest indicating in the description whether the laptop has keyboard backlighting in the future, as this is an important factor when purchasing a laptop.   Item arrived with packing mainly on one side, leaving the other packed in two thin sheets of bubble wrap only. Otherwise shipped and arrived in a decent amount of time. Laptop was in much better condition than I expected, it was listed as used and in good to very good condition. I expected I would get a "good" condition item, as it seems some listers say it could go either way, but rarely do you get the "very good" versions. Excellent condition item inside and out. Great seller!

  Phenomenal customer service. The laptop showed up well packaged in both foam and bubble wrap. Aside from a couple inconsequential scuffs on the lid, the laptop is spotless and works like new. That said, the ac adapter they included with it was DOA. When I contacted them about it, they shipped out a replacement at no charge. They didn't even ask for the dead one back. Very pleased and satisfied. I will use this seller again the next time I'm looking for another laptop.
