    Better than described - for a vintage item, it appears as new. Bargain price for its' outstanding condition. Appears perfect in all respects. Shipping time was also outstanding, arriving with tracking, updates, and nearly perfect timing from estimated delivery. Safely packed, very well secured box and heavy duty shipping tapes. No damages to box or contents. This will aid me in recreating a family members WW 2 and postwar years Dress Blues uniform.
