  I bought a model set that the seller could not locate, but instead offered a full refund or a replacement of two other models at a discounted price to make it up. I chose the latter. Shipping and packaging were excellent. However my only issue was that there were some figures missing from the sets that were not disclosed to me before agreeing. Still an overall positive experience and I recommend buying from this seller.

  Item arrived well packaged and shipping was reasonable. There was a problem with the item and when I contacted the seller, it was rectified to my satisfaction immediately and without question. This is an honest ebayer who made a mistake with contents. I would have no trouble dealing with this ebayer again.

  If there was a way to leave more than five stars I would do it. In 25 years of being an eBay member almost 800 positive feedback as a buyer I have never had as good an experience as I had with this seller. UPS was going to charge me a $57 fee in order to complete delivery more than the purchase price. In an incredibly generous move the seller offered to pay this fee. We agreed to just have the seller refund me the purchase price and I would pay the fee to receive the item

  Received the book in remarkable condition. What I received was way better than what was seen and described in pictures. Postage extremely reasonable. Packaging secure enough. Great value. Will buy again if I come across an item of interest.
