  Item arrived package nicely, however item had marks/stains was advertised mark/stain free. I contacted seller who was apologetic. Issued a refund happily. Thank you, honest mistakes do happen

  Items were purchased at auction. Four items were purchased and seller organised bulk postage for thems without me requesting this, Very thoughtful. Items have arrived today safely in a bubble wrapped package. Items were described as acceptable but they were either Brand new or in very good condition. Happy to recommend seller.. Thank you for the seamless transaction.

  Despite Australia Post mishandling the shipment and returning it to the seller, the item has arrived in excellent condition thanks to the seller’s efforts and determination. Moreover, the seller returned my money and didn't want me to pay for the item. I don't think it was fair to the seller, as the shipment mishandling wasn't the seller’s fault. I do appreciate such great customer service, which is unheard of these days. Thank you for your professionalism and a very positive experience :)

  I am absolutely blown away with the condition, perfect as described, the price, the shipping time and most importantly, the wrapping.. it was so beautifully and carefully wrapped.. and even sealed with wax! 🩷 Please do not hesitate to buy from w and js treasures:)) i will be back x
