    Veery pleased with our 14inch h p laptop. It was well packed and came in the original box and was exactly as described by the seller. It is a value for the money well spent. as it was an open box! We are so pleased with the laptop Only problem we had was that the power cord was not in the box with the laptop and we contacted the seller and he mailed us a replacement cord post haste!
