I received the package only a few days after ordering. Packaging was secure, product was like new and didn’t look used. As described hopefully I will not scratch these. Henckels is a great pan company if you can’t afford Hexclad which I will buy next. I’ve been using these everyday since I received them and no issues whatsoever.
