  Odd when my order was for a 12 pc drill bit set, and the plastic holding case has slots for only 10 bits! Plus on delivery the case was found open and the bits were loose in the flimsy plastic outer bag which had a hole in it through which one bit had obviously fallen out and was lost in transit. Apart from that, more or less as pictures and description. Whilst delivery was prompt, the packaging was woefully inadequate.

  Item arrived quickly, however I recommend not shipping with a blade fitted when posted in a plastic bag, due to blade damage as in photo, fortunately the spare blades are available immediately, item is well constructed and blade removal is easy , overall good quality and value

  I’m sure the product is of good quality. Unfortunately my order some how got lost in transit. However, the seller was very sympathetic and offered a full refund. This was paid in full within a couple of days. They also added if the item should turn up at some point I was welcome to keep as a gesture of goodwill. I say a big thank you to them, great doing business with them.
