  There were issues with shipping that were outside of the seller's control (Fedex somehow misplaced the package for a couple weeks). After the seller reached out to Fedex, they finally found it. The seller then contacted me and offered either a substantial discount if I still wanted the item or a full refund, no questions asked. I would definitely do business with this seller again as they will go the extra mile for their customer to make sure they are happy! eBay needs more people like this!
