  I had a very positive experience with the seller. The seller stayed in contact with me until my package arrived. The product was excellent. It worked perfectly it was exactly what I needed. I gave the shipping time a four star only because the shipping company somehow miss placed my package. It was not the sellers issue. The seller did everything they could to get that to me as soon as possible and did a great job again communicating with me

  Shipped FedEx on 1/6/2025 to buyer's CA address. Current FedEx tracking shows arrival in CA on 1/16/2025. FedEx must have misrouted the shipment. It should not take this long. I advised the buyer that if the delivery is not ultimately completed, we will ship a replacement.
