  The item I received was exactly as described in the product listing. The order was shipped and delivered earlier than expected during the holiday season, which was much appreciated.   The item ordered appeared to have been damaged by USPS. I notified the seller and the seller was very responsive and helpful and walked me through the process for obtaining a refund, and then promptly issued a refund, which was very much appreciated.
