  Well-packaged and fast shipping. Nothing was damaged during the transaction. The seller was transparent in the listing, and everything is as described. Both figures have their original packaging with all accessories included. Even with the shipping cost, this was a terrific value for what I received. As I expected before buying, the boxes have been opened, but I bought these planning on opening them, anyway!

  Shipped in a very sturdy box with a lot of wrapping around the Millenium falcon. It matches the pictures and is exactly as described and is very clean. The person I bought this for is well pleased and has already bought missing pieces to complete this starship. The seller was very honest about the ship not being complete. Great price from this seller.

  Unfortunately, the item was damaged and the seller was unable to ship it. However, they had great communication and offered several alternatives to resolve the situation. While I opted for a refund because I have something specific in mind for my collection, they offered me a coupon to use on future purchases. I get it, accidents happens. I am very happy with the way they handled it. Excellent customer service.
